First, cut the tofu into cubes. (I used 1/2 of the big tofu in the pack...)...

Put about 2 spoons of starch powder in a disposable plastic bag, put the pre-cut tofu and shake it to coat the surface with starch powder...

Grease the pan with plenty of oil, add starch-coated tofu, roll it evenly and cook it until it's golden brown. It's better to keep a distance so that it doesn't stick to each other. Then, tofu sticks to each other^^

Cool the golden-roasted tofu, put it in a separate bowl, and put it aside...^^
STEP 5/7
Put the seasoning ingredients red pepper paste (2), ketchup (1), starch syrup (2), brown sugar (0.3), water (7), and minced garlic (0.5) together and boil it to make red pepper paste ketchup sauce...
STEP 6/7
Then add the earthquake tofu and a handful of peanuts until it's golden brown and mix it with the sauce...It is recommended that you fry peanuts in a dry pan or put them in a microwave to make them crispy by blowing moisture away...^^
STEP 7/7
Lastly, add sesame oil (0.5) and sesame seeds (0.5) and add chopped green onions or chives in moderation...
