Squeeze the tofu into a cloth and squeeze the water as tightly as possible as if squeezing the tears.

Place mashed tofu in a bowl and knead 2 cups of hotcake powder (or doughnut powder) in a paper cup.

If the dough doesn't clump well due to lack of moisture, add 1 to 2 tablespoons of water and make the dough.

Now I'm going to put the dough on the cutting board, so spread the flour evenly on the cutting board so that the dough doesn't stick to the cutting board. Flour doesn't matter.

Put flour on the palm of your hand, divide the dough into small balls, roll it into a ball, place it on a floured cutting board, and press lightly with your palm to flatten it.

Press the lid in the center of the dough to make a hole and make it into a donut shape.
I used the lid of the drink, but the hole came out a little small Haha,
If you have a suitable tool in your house, you can make a hole with something else.

Add enough cooking oil to the pan.
And raise the oil temperature to about 160 degrees over high heat.

When the oil temperature has risen, lower the gas stove to low heat and fry the doughnuts.

Fry over low heat, turning back and forth, until the filling is well cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
