STEP 1/6
Put salt in boiling water and blanch the perilla leaves.
STEP 2/6
Mix the drained tuna with ssamjang.
I didn't eat all the ssamjang that my mom made, so I used commercially available ssamjang^^
STEP 3/6
Mix warm rice with sesame seeds, sesame oil, and salt.
STEP 4/6
It's lumped together into bite-size pieces.
STEP 5/6
Wrap rice with blanched perilla leaves and roll it.
STEP 6/6
Put the tuna ssamjang on top and you're done!!
Instead of tuna ssamjang, it's good if you put red pepper paste on top^^
