How to make stir-fried squid that doesn't get wet
If you buy stir-fried squid and rice with squid The squid is well-seasoned with delicious seasoning in the right concentration. If you stir-fry squid at home, the longer you stir-fry it, the more water it becomes. When the water turns, the sauce falls off the squid. Eventually, the taste of the squid itself goes down, and it becomes just stir-fried squid. When you stir-fry it at home, the moisture comes from the vegetables. Stir-fried squid without vegetables doesn't taste good enough to mix. Vegetables also maintain a moderately crunchy taste, and water-free is a recipe for stir-fried squid.

Starch was the answer... The squid doesn't have water, so it's a recipe I really needed ^^ I added plum extract to make it sweet, so it's perfect for my taste... Thank you for the recipe ^^

It's really good that it doesn't get wet because it's stir-fried with starch. If I boil down the sauce and squid separately, the vegetables would die.. I blanched it and tried it, but it was cumbersome. The squid flavor is gone too..
