Cut the crab meat in half. In other words, you can make two heart pancakes with one crab meat.

Roll it well and put the skewers on it as shown in the picture.
(If the cut part goes inwards, it won't come off easily.)

Beat in 2 or 3 eggs (remove the string) and add chopped vegetables, season with salt and mix.

Grease the pan, put crab meat on it first, then scoop the egg with a spoon and put it in the heart. Even if the shape gets a little messy, you can cut it off or shape it with scissors after cooking it.
It may rip when bending the crab meat, so carefully roll the sheath inward. If you cook it for a long time, the crab meat burns black and the shape is not pretty. Cook it properly so that it doesn't burn and turn it upside down.
