Cooking Steps

Cut 100g of fish cake into bite-size pieces.
STEP 2/9
Cut 1/3 carrots and 1/3 onions into the same size as fish cakes.
STEP 3/9
Stir-fry 1t of minced garlic and 2t of cooking oil in a heated frying pan.
STEP 4/9
Add carrots and onions and stir-fry for 10-20 seconds.
STEP 5/9
Add fish cake and stir-fry it.
STEP 6/9
2t of thick soy sauce. Add 1t of sugar and stir-fry.
STEP 7/9
Stir-fry sliced green onions and 0.5t of sesame oil.
STEP 8/9
Add 1t of sesame seeds and finish.
