STEP 1/9
I'll prepare a large chunk of meat and cut it in moderation
- It's embarrassing to say it's a dish, so meat, barbecue seasoning, oven, it's a dish that takes a long time. It's not a big deal, but it just takes a long time...When it's done, it looks good, so I think it'll be good to serve it at a dinner where you invite guests^^
STEP 2/9
Sprinkle barbecue seasoning on both sides
- I used the whole pork belly, and I felt like there was going to be some oil, so I baked it on a sheet of oil that could go into the oven~ I used barbecue seasoning, but if you don't have it, I think you can just put pepper and thick salt in moderation I was thinking about putting some butter or olive oil on it, but I decided to just eat it lightly because I was afraid the oil would splash all over the place inside the oven crying
STEP 3/9
I'll put it in the oven and bake it for 30 minutes at 220 degrees
STEP 4/9
After 30 minutes, take it out, flip it over, and bake it in the oven for 30 minutes at 220 degrees
STEP 5/9
I baked it for a total of an hour, and it was baked with a delicious visual that made my mouth water just by looking at it!!
STEP 6/9
I turned it upside down, and the back part is cooked well, too
STEP 7/9
I'm going to look at the sides, and I'll cut it with a knife because I think it's perfectly cooked
STEP 8/9
It's so juicy inside
STEP 9/9
The outside was yellowish and crispy, and the inside was so chewy and soft as the juice exploded I put a lot of barbecue seasoning on it and it wasn't as boring as I thought, so I just cut it like this and ate it up Later, I cut and set it up properly and wrapped it with kimchi, but next week, I will make bibimmyeon and wrap it together! I think it'd be good to have a simple pork home barbecue at home over the weekend^^
