STEP 1/11
Prepare anchovies and nuts.
I used a small anchovy, but you can use a medium anchovy, and I don't care what kind of nuts they are.

2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of oligosaccharide,
1 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
Add and make soy sauce.

Stir-fry anchovies in a pan first
Please blow away the moisture and fishy smell

Stir-fried anchovies in a strainer tray and shake them, shaking them off until the powder falls out. (This process can be omitted)

Put it back in the pan and fry it with cooking oil

Add 1 tablespoon sugar and mix until sugar dissolves.
The sugar coats the anchovies, so even if you add the sauce, it keeps them crispy

When it boils with the sauce is added

Mix quickly with a spatula

Lastly, add a lot of sesame seeds
