STEP 1/6
Beat in 5 eggs evenly.
STEP 2/6
Turn the stove on medium/low heat before placing the pan.
STEP 3/6
Pour 1/2 of the egg mixture into the pan. When the egg is 80% cooked, place cheddar cheese on top.
STEP 4/6
Roll it gently using a fritter tender and chopsticks. (In this case, turn the stove on low heat!!)
STEP 5/6
When the egg is almost dried, pour the rest of the egg into the pan. (Change the stove to medium heat.)
STEP 6/6
When the surface of the egg is cooked, roll it again gently and that's it
