Ingredients
  • If it's spaghetti
    90g
  • Manila clam
    1pack
  • peperoncino
    6ea
  • Garlic
    6ea
  • King oyster mushroom
    1/2ea
  • olive oil
    1/2cup
  • Salt
  • ground pepper
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
I bought the trimmed clams, but I put in 1 tablespoon of thick salt to get it off Covering a black bag or newspaper makes it look better!
STEP 2/10
It's delicious just with garlic and pepperoncino, but I also prepared mushrooms! Cut the garlic on the side and crush the pepperoncino into small pieces if you prefer spicy!
STEP 3/10
While preparing the ingredients, add a spoonful of salt to the boiling water!
STEP 4/10
When the water boils, add spaghetti noodles and boil for 5-7 minutes!
STEP 5/10
Stir-fry garlic, pepperoncino, and mushrooms in olive oil while spaghetti noodles are cooked! If you do it on high heat, you can dehydrate, so on medium heat
STEP 6/10
Add clams and stir-fry over medium heat!
STEP 7/10
Add clams and stir-fry them and add two ladles of noodle soup
STEP 8/10
If you stir-fry it for 2 to 3 minutes, the clams open their mouths!
STEP 9/10
Add the spaghetti noodles you left out and season with salt and pepper! Clams are enough to season, but as much as you want to put in~~~~
STEP 10/10
If you put it in a pretty bowl, the clam vongole spaghetti is complete!
