STEP 1/8
Malatang is a dish that you eat while boiling on the table after preparing broth and ingredients like shabu-shabu, and you can think of it as almost ready with ash.
STEP 2/8
If you add bok choy at once, it's too big and has a unique bitter taste, so cut it in 1/4 and prepare mushrooms that have a good texture to suit your taste. Put the fish cake in regardless of the type, and if you don't like it, you can take it out. I've used two types of dumplings, meat and kimchi dumplings, and I think kimchi dumplings go well with spicy soup.
STEP 3/8
Noodles are very important in Maritang You can rinse the noodles in water and use it for 10 minutes. Please choose thick noodles rather than thin ones.
STEP 4/8
Add half a cup of flour to the webfoot octopus, mix it, and rinse it in water. Flour has good adsorption, so it's effective in removing foreign substances
STEP 5/8
You can prepare about 200g of beef per person for the meat
STEP 6/8
Add 150 maritang sauce and dilute about 1/10th of the ratio with 1.5L bottled water sauce, bring to a boil, taste, and adjust the amount of sauce. Add vegetables and main ingredients and keep boiling, so don't let the first taste be too strong. If you put cabbage or 1/5 cabbage together and boil malatang, the broth is ready.
STEP 7/8
When the ingredients are ready, boil the bok choy and mushrooms in the broth, and then boil the meat and seafood like shabu-shabu
STEP 8/8
You can put the tofu noodles in and soak it for 5 minutes, and the stir-fried noodles in and eat it for 10 minutes. It takes a long time to boil, so please stir it while the noodles are cooked so that it doesn't stick to the sea.
Add vegetables and main ingredients and keep boiling, so don't let the first taste be too strong. Choose cheap ingredients between cabbage and cabbage, and spicy dumplings like kimchi dumplings go better with malatang.
