Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare 200g of chicken thigh meat, defrost completely and mix with pepper
STEP 2/6
Add seasoning ingredients, please.
*Red pepper paste 1T, soy sauce 1T, cooking wine 2T, garlic powder 1/2t (or minced garlic 1t), ginger powder 1/4t (or liver ginger 1/2t), curry powder 1T, sugar 2T
*If you want a more spicy taste, you can add 1/2t of red pepper powder
