Hot stone pot bibimbap made with cast iron pan to make it look l
Since it's savory and the rice is golden, the hot stone pot bibimbap is delicious. But there's no place nearby that serves hot pot bibimbap. It's good to make it at home, but there's no stone pot, so I used a cast iron pan instead, and it's awesome. The nurungji is made more savory than a stone pot, so it has a better taste. Instead of a stone pot with holiday vegetables, we made it with a cast iron pan to make it feel like stone pot bibimbap.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/9
I didn't have a stone pot, so I used an iron pan. If you don't have a stone pot, you can use a cast iron pan like me or an earthen pot. Put 1 + 1/2 bowl of rice in an iron pan and add 2 tablespoons of sesame oil and 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds.
STEP 2/9
Then, mix the rice evenly and spread it evenly on the cast iron pan.
STEP 3/9
Five kinds of vegetables such as radish, bracken, balloon flower, spinach, and bean sprouts are used for holidays and rituals.
STEP 4/9
Prepare 1/2 bowl of five kinds of herbs in a rice bowl and cut them into small pieces with scissors.
STEP 5/9
And put the vegetables on top of the rice one by one so that they don't mix
STEP 6/9
And put an egg in the middle.
STEP 7/9
And turn it on as low as possible on the gas stove
STEP 8/9
Cover and make nurungji until the rice does not burn
STEP 9/9
When the egg is half-cooked, the rice is also golden, so it is properly nurungji. You can add red pepper paste to your taste and mix it well. I put the red pepper paste and put it on the gas stove to mix it.
