How to make really simple and delicious carrot kimchi fried rice
Hello, I'm Henri who cooks. I use carrots only when I have to color them, but I don't eat them even if I put them in food. [Laughing] But there's only one thing I like to eat with carrots. It's kimchi fried rice. The reason why I made this fried rice was when I bought a country house here and went back and forth once a week. I don't remember which rest stop it was, but the kimchi fried rice was so good. So I looked through the kimchi fried rice and found only kimchi and carrots. I heard a lot of carrots, too. I had no choice but to pick one. Interestingly, the carrot and stir-fried kimchi went really well together. It's the first time I've had a carrot stir-fried and tasted so good? After that, I also make carrot kimchi fried rice. I don't think I can imitate the chef's fried rice 100%, but it's really delicious...

Cooking Steps

Cut carrots into your favorite sizes.
I cut it into small pieces.
