Noshuga No Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookie Lesser
This is a banana oatmeal cookie that my Dutch friend introduced to me for the first time. Try it even if you don't have a few of the ingredients I introduced below. Mix just two ripe bananas and oatmeal and bake them in a preheated 175 degrees oven for 12-15 minutes to get delicious healthy cookies!

Ingredients
  • Banana
    2ea
  • coconut oil
    80g
  • oatmeal
    190-200g
  • almond powder
    35g
  • Flour
    35g
  • Stevia
    10g
  • Baking powder
    1ts
  • Salt
    1little
  • Chocolate
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Preheat oven to 175-180 degrees
STEP 2/5
Place two ripe bananas in a bowl and mash with a fork
STEP 3/5
Microwave and add melted coconut oil
STEP 4/5
If you have stevia, add about 10g and mix it. If you don't, you can skip it! Now add 250-300g of oatmeal + almond powder + organic wheat flour to 2 bananas + 80g of coconut oil + 10g of stevia mixed evenly. I put 190g of oatmeal, 35g of almond powder, and 35g of organic flour. The dough is thick and shouldn't run down!
STEP 5/5
Now scoop the dough with a spoon, spread it round on the parchment paper, and press it flat with a fork :) I used an ice cream spoon. I tried half normal oatmeal banana dough and the other half new. So a quarter of the total dough was put in the dough with yellow sugar chocolate and a quarter with dried cranberries and raisins!
