Homemade food. Stir-fried eggplant shrimp

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/13
Divide the eggplant into 3 pieces and cut the tomato wedges into 8 sticks per piece.
STEP 2/13
Chop the rest of the green onion and pepper in half.
STEP 3/13
Leave some green onions, peppers, and garlic and stir-fry them.
STEP 4/13
When the garlic and green onions smell, add the eggplant here and cook it halfway.
STEP 5/13
Stir-fry two types of shrimp on a half-cooked eggplant.

Add the remaining ingredients.

I'll put soy sauce on it. I added soy sauce to the shrimp so that it smells like soy sauce, but please refer to the fact that I usually put soy sauce in the staff 3.

When the soy sauce smell is cut, add oyster sauce and mix.

When mixed well, add pepper and mix well.

Pour half a cup of water in here.

Add starch water about twice and mix well.

It's done if you put sesame oil on it's done.
