STEP 1/8
Add the pork meat and fat and mix well for about 3 minutes.
STEP 2/8
Add green onion, garlic powder, soy sauce, salt, pepper, and ginger powder and mix well for about a minute.
STEP 3/8
Add eggs to a well-mixed dough and mix for about a minute, and the dough is complete!
STEP 4/8
Sprinkle tapioca starch on a wide plate and roll the dough round. If you put it down, starch will fly, so please let it go gently
STEP 5/8
Place moderately starchy dough and boil water in a pot.
STEP 6/8
Place the dough in a paper foil-covered steamer, and when the water boils, place the steamer on top and cover.
STEP 7/8
Steam it for 12-15 minutes!
(I'm a stainless steel pot, but a thick pot can take longer, so please cut one and make sure it's cooked to the inside! If you put a steamer on it before the steam comes up, steam it for about 20 minutes!)
STEP 8/8
Well-cooked dumplings are good to eat right away after cooling them down, and you can freeze them and boil them without defrosting them!
Steam rises when you steam, so be careful of burns!
When you take out dumplings, wear rubber gloves and take them out with long tongs!
It's easy to eat, so you can eat it without soy sauce, so it's good as a lunch box.
