Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Put all the seasoning in a bowl and mix it well
STEP 2/5
Put 900g (2mm to 3mm thick) of bulgogi cut into bite-sized pieces in a bowl and season them evenly, removing one by one.

Put 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a heated pan and stir-fry enough meat to eat so that the meat that has been seasoned evenly does not burn.

When the color of the meat disappears, put the sliced mushrooms in moderation, and when the moisture disappears in the pan, put the chopped chives in moderation of 3-4cm and put them in a bowl after a minute.
