I received shiitake mushrooms as a holiday gift, and I didn't like the scent of shiitake mushrooms, so I tried to fry them while looking for a recipe to reduce the scent of shiitake mushrooms as much as possible. Cooking Steps

Rinse shiitake mushrooms gently under running water and drain with a kitchen towel.

Don't throw away the bottom, wash it well and use it for broth!

Shake mushrooms one at a time in a starchy plastic bag.
