STEP 1/12
Rinse shiitake mushrooms gently under running water and drain with a kitchen towel.
STEP 2/12
Please cut the bottom.
Don't throw away the bottom, wash it well and use it for broth!
STEP 3/12
Put starch powder on it first.
Shake mushrooms one at a time in a starchy plastic bag.
STEP 4/12
If there is too much starch on it, shake it gently with your hands.
STEP 5/12
Add glutinous rice flour 6T + frying powder 6T + bottled water and make a watery dough.
STEP 6/12
This is enough water.
STEP 7/12
Heat the cooking oil.
Try dropping a drop of water dough and when the dough comes to mind, it's about 180 degrees.
STEP 8/12
Please make the sauce.
STEP 9/12
Chop 1/4 onions and bring to a boil.
STEP 10/12
Put starchy shiitake mushrooms with watery dough,
STEP 11/12
Check if the oil temperature has risen to 180 degrees and fry it.
Shiitake mushrooms don't have to be cooked to the inside, so just fry the dough crispy.
STEP 12/12
The sauce got soggy when I put it on beforehand, so I dipped it in.
I recommend you just try the fried food first and dip it in the sauce.
If you cut the mushroom head into 4 pieces, it's more crispy and easy to eat.
