Cooking Steps
STEP 1/16
Add the base stock ingredients to 5.5 cups (1100ml) of water and simmer for about 30 minutes

Soak dried pollack in water
Leave the scale down and soak the bottom in water for about 2 minutes

Cut the dried pollack into large pieces and remove the thorns
Cut it into 1/3 the size of my hand

Chop water parsley, chili pepper, and green onion and make starch water (starch 2T + water 2T)
Lee Jong-im, a culinary researcher, said that if you put the leaves of the water parsley in the steamer, it will look like it's going to be short of breath and messy, so I prepared it for you because I wanted to put it on top before serving it

Add the dried pollack to the stock (500ml) and bring to a boil

If you open the lid in the middle, it may smell fishy, so do not open the lid until the bean sprouts are fully cooked!
