Sanjeok skewers, which use vegetables in the refrigerator or vary in taste, shape, and type depending on meat such as beef and pork, are also holiday dishes. Today, I'm going to eat simple Korean kebab skewers as ingredients I prepared it.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
First, cut the mushrooms into appropriate sizes.
There is a way to parboil or salt a new pine mushroom.
I blanched it slightly in boiling water. If you parboil it, the length will be a little shorter, so you have to cut it a little longer.
You can use it without blanching or pickling

I cut the rest of the ingredients into about 6cm long.

Insert the ingredients with a toothpick to make the color combination pretty.

Dip the skewer ingredients with toothpick evenly with pancake mix.

Put the ingredients that are first coated with pancake mix in egg water.

Put cooking oil on a heated pan and put it on top
