A lot of frozen dumplings from Jongwon Baek and hot pot
It snows a lot these days, and it's a story about Jongwon Baek dumpling hot pot that I enjoyed sitting around with my family on a snowy day a few days ago. I make dumplings, put them in the freezer, steam them, cook them, boil the soup, and put mushrooms and vegetables in the pot. The soup was chewy while answering the phone, but the light taste was cool and good.

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/11
Prepare frozen dumplings by defrosting them and use them right away when you are in a hurry.
STEP 2/11
Add 1/2 handful of anchovies, 5 pieces of kelp, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 6~7mug of water, boil it over high heat, and when it boils, boil it over medium heat for about 10~15 minutes, and then remove the broth. The Jongwon Baek dumpling hot pot doesn't boil the broth separately, but I made the broth to give it a deeper taste
STEP 3/11
Add 1/2 handful of anchovies, 5 pieces of kelp, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of fish sauce, and 6~7mug of water, boil it over high heat, and when it boils, boil it over medium heat for about 10~15 minutes, and then remove the broth. The Jongwon Baek dumpling hot pot doesn't boil the broth separately, but I made the broth to give it a deeper taste
STEP 4/11
Cut the cabbage leaves into bite-size pieces, slice the radish long and flat, slice the onions diagonally, and slice the peppers and green onions diagonally. I cut the bottom using mandarin duck mushrooms, and you can add mushrooms that suit your taste, such as oyster mushrooms, saesongi mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms
STEP 5/11
I think the key point of the Jongwon Baek dumpling hot pot recipe is to chop the dumplings into small pieces. Cut it into small pieces, put it in a pot, and spread radish and onions around the dumpling.
STEP 6/11
On top of that, turn dumplings, mushrooms, and bok choy nicely and put them in plenty.
STEP 7/11
Pour boiling stock or water and add 1/2 tablespoon salt. If you add thick salt, the soup is cooler and better.
STEP 8/11
Boil it over high heat and boil it over medium heat when it boils.
STEP 9/11
Add 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and boil. Bring to a simmer and add or subtract seasoning to taste.
STEP 10/11
When it's almost done, add the sliced green onions and red pepper and boil it one more time. I added Cheongyang red pepper to add a spicy taste
STEP 11/11
Lastly, you can sprinkle pepper. You can break an egg for the last time, but I skipped it.
