STEP 1/8
Buy the pork neck from Chile, defrost it in the refrigerator, and wash it with water. Cabbage is for fresh kimchi, so it has nothing to do with boiled pork
STEP 2/8
Put the meat in the instant pot and put the green onions and onions on top.
STEP 3/8
Add garlic powder and pepper. (The butcher gave me the Wolgye tree leaves, but I didn't like them because of the strong scent! If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in!)
STEP 4/8
Add half a spoon of soybean paste, 300ml of water, 60ml of soju, and set it for 25 minutes with instant pot meat.
STEP 5/8
Remove enough pressure and make sure the meat is cooked evenly.
STEP 6/8
Cool well-cooked pork slices for about 5-10 minutes. (It doesn't break like pork belly, so you don't have to cool it down for a long time. Make sure your hands are not hot.)
STEP 7/8
If you cut the pork neck according to the grain, the texture is good to chew tightly, and if you cut it the other way, it's soft, so cut it in the direction you want!
STEP 8/8
Enjoy the well-cut pork slices with salted shrimp, fresh kimchi, and ssamjang to suit your taste!
If you have instant pot, you don't need to add everything and control the heat. It's good to cook or organize other foods
