Sift the pumpkin into small pieces, soak it in salt for a while, stir-fry it in perilla oil, and remove the moisture
Squeeze the tofu on a cotton cloth to remove moisture
Mince the rest of your favorite vegetables and stir-fry them
I stir-fried carrots, onions, cabbage, and mushrooms.
Cabbage is delicious because it's crunchy when pickled and stir-fried.
Mushrooms smell like bulgogi when stir-fried in perilla oil with soy sauce.
STEP 4/9
4. Chop and stir-fry kimchi
Shake off the insides of the kimchi and stir-fry it to remove moisture.
STEP 5/9

- It smells good if you chop up ginger or ginger syrup.
If you eat it bland, please reduce the soy sauce. Because we have the sauce! Taste it and add salt if it's not enough.

8. Grilling dumplings
- This time, it's yaki dumpling.
Shing Jianpao style where you fry dumplings in oil in a frying pan, pour a little water, cover it, and cook the top moist.
I think this method is the best.
STEP 9/9
9. Making dumpling soup
I made soup with vegan broth.
The broth boiled with kelp, onions, mushrooms, peppers, and cabbages and seasoned with a little soy sauce and salt is spicy and sweet.
It's cool if you put steamed dumplings and float carrot flowers and bok choy.
Tip>> Tips for steaming dumplings prettily
It's good to steam it on a cotton cloth, but there's a way not to stick to it
Carrots are the best tip
If you stir the carrots thinly and put them on a steamer and steam the dumplings on top of them, they don't pop or stick at all. It wasn't soft, so I didn't nod even if I gained 60 pounds.
