Cooking Steps
STEP 1/7
Cut it into bite-size pieces
STEP 2/7
I cut the pork with the back leg meat, too! Cut it into pieces that are similar to vegetables
STEP 3/7
Stir-fry the meat in a pot! (A little bit of cooking wine, a little bit of salt, and a little bit of pepper)
I don't put in oil, but I use meat oil!

when the surface is cooked

Add potatoes and carrots and stir-fry them first.
When the potatoes and carrots are half-cooked, stir-fry the onions and boil them with 1L of water and 2 bags of Pond stock.

When the vegetables are fully cooked, add curry powder!

Stir quickly and turn off the heat as soon as it melts!
(The recipe for Queen Curry tells me to turn it off when it's thick, but that way it gets thicker when it cools.)
It's good to turn it off when it's slightly watery
Turn off the heat and put in the spicy soup as you like your preference
I have different tastes, so I take out half of it, put in half of it, and eat the other half of it
