STEP 1/12
Chop vegetables into similar pieces and lengths.
STEP 2/12
Season the pork (200g) with soy sauce (1T), sugar (1T), sesame oil (1T), and pepper.
Beef is also available
STEP 3/12
Boil the glass noodles
1. For 30 to 40 minutes, 3 minutes
2. If not, 6 minutes
3. If you soak it at night and make it the next day, 10 seconds
STEP 4/12
Stir-fry the seasoned pork (200g) with a little cooking oil
STEP 5/12
Add all the vegetables except chives and stir-fry them with a pinch of salt.
STEP 6/12
Stir-fry the onions until they turn transparent, then remove from heat and set aside for a while.
STEP 7/12
Rinse well-cooked glass noodles in cold water immediately, drain, and cut into bite-size pieces
STEP 8/12
Grease a pan with cooking oil (3T) and stir-fry the glass noodles for about a minute
STEP 9/12
Add soy sauce (4T) and sugar (2T) and color the glass noodles.
STEP 10/12
Add all the stir-fried ingredients, turn off the heat, add soy sauce (6T), sugar (4T), and oyster sauce (1T) and mix thoroughly
It is also good to add about 1T less sugar and then add it after tasting it.
STEP 11/12
Add chives, sesame oil (1T), sesame seeds, and a little bit of pepper and finish
STEP 12/12

I put all the ingredients in and stir-fry them, but if you want to stir-fry them one by one, stir-fry them in the order of light colors (onions > mushrooms > carrots > bell pepper).
