Soy sauce pork bulgogi recipe w. Jongwon Baek bulgogi seasoning
I'm a galaxy mom who's busy cooking for kids these days. Kids like meat side dishes more than vegetables, right? Yesterday, the youngest made pork bulgogi. I followed the Jongwon Baek bulgogi recipe for the sauce. It was originally a beef bulgogi sauce on the show, but I followed it with pork, and it was delicious even if it was made with pork and soy sauce stir-fried pork.^^

Cooking Steps

They told me to grind half of the pear and put it in. But I didn't have a pear at home, so I put in the ground pear juice instead. If you add pear juice, the soy sauce bulgogi seasoning is ready.
