STEP 1/6
Wash and prepare 300g of small spinach, add 1L of water and 2t of salt in a ramen pot, and bring to a boil
*When blanched in salt water, spinach itself becomes seasoned and the color of spinach becomes clear green
STEP 2/6
As soon as the water boils, turn off the electricity in the pot and soak the washed spinach.
*If you keep boiling the water, the spinach will get too soft
STEP 5/6
Cut it into bite-size pieces with scissors. 1t of garlic powder, 1t of sesame oil, 4 skewers of salt and mix
