STEP 1/9
I mixed red pepper powder 2, minced garlic 1, soy sauce 4, oyster sauce 1, sugar or cheong 1, sesame oil 1, pepper, and chopped green onion (just enough to blend in), and put in carrot chips. If you add a lot of onions, the seasoning may become bland, so choose an additional seasoning at the end. It tastes good with just green onions
STEP 2/9
I used 520g of tofu, and if you use 300g of tofu, you can squeeze it, so you can reduce it by 0.5g.
Red pepper powder 1.5, garlic 0.5 soy sauce 3.5 oyster sauce 0.5 sugar or cheong 0.5 sesame oil 0.5
STEP 4/9
Grease and put tofu on top and turn on the heat.
*It's dangerous if you add tofu after heating it because the oil splatters.
STEP 5/9
You can grill it before and after so that it's not too hard.
STEP 6/9
When it is done, turn off the heat, hold the kitchen towel with chopsticks and remove the remaining oil by absorbing it.
STEP 7/9
Put all the sauce on top of the tofu, pour a cup of water into the seasoning bowl, rinse it, and pour the remaining seasoning into the pan. Stir in the sauce evenly.
STEP 8/9
Turn the tofu over and season it while you cook it.
*Control the heat. (Low heat) It burns on high heat. It looks salty, but the liver seeps into the tofu.
STEP 9/9
Put it in a bowl and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy
*Measurement of rice spoon and chopsticks.
