STEP 1/8
It's a shrimp prepared with soaked rice in one bowl.
STEP 2/8
I'm going to put in mushrooms, so I only chopped zucchini and carrots.
If you have chives, you can add chives and onions
STEP 3/8
There are dried shiitake mushrooms, so I soaked them in water. I used the soaked shiitake mushroom water mixed with the broth.
(It's convenient to boil a pot of anchovy kelp stock and keep it refrigerated (4-5 days) and use it every time you cook.)
STEP 4/8
Put 2 tablespoons of sesame oil in a pot that is easy to stir in one direction, and put in a bowl of soaked rice, vegetables, and shrimp
I fried the rice until it turned white.
STEP 5/8
Boil it over medium heat and add a little bit of soy sauce.
STEP 6/8
I added a little salt to the lack of liver.
It's more savory if you season it as much as I do with salted shrimp
If you do it like this in the picture, it's like a baby food.
Add a little more liver when adults eat it.
STEP 7/8
Stir gently in one direction so that it does not stick to the bottom until it is stiff. (Medium low)
STEP 8/8
When the soup is boiled down and the shape of the rice is revealed, taste it a little bit, check if the rice grains are cooked, and turn off the heat
Keep stirring so that it doesn't stick to the pot
