Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
In a bowl of gravitational flour, white sugar, baking powder, and salt, add cold butter and mix the butter well, splitting the butter with a scrapers.
STEP 2/6
Add the cold cream cheese to the butter-mixed powder and mix well, splitting the cream cheese into small pieces with a scraper.
STEP 3/6
Add cold milk to the mixture of ingredients and mix lightly.
STEP 4/6
Let the finished scones rest in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 5/6
After finishing the tissue, sprinkle a little extra powder (strong flour) and fold it a couple of times.
STEP 6/6
Spread egg water or milk on the surface of the scone dough divided into 6~8 equal parts.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

    I thought it wouldn't be gravitational flour, but it didn't work...You used the soft flour incorrectly as the gravity flour, right??? The smell of flourIt's like eating kalguksu But the seasoning is perfect. If it was made with soft flour, it's worth 100 points!!!@ Four hours later I tried it after some time, and it's really good~~ I thought it wasn't cooked, but it's all cooked and it doesn't taste like flour I threw a few away and left a few, but it's a waste to throw them away!!!!!
