STEP 1/9
Soak cartilage (600g) in water to remove blood.
STEP 2/9
Chop green onions, 1 onion, 1 cheongyang pepper, and 6 garlics.
STEP 3/9
The drained cartilage
Place in pan and cook first with plenty of cooking wine.
STEP 4/9
When cooking wine boils, turn off the heat and drain the water separately.
STEP 5/9
Add cooking oil and stir-fry it once. (1-2 minutes)
STEP 6/9
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and stir-fry again (within 1 minute)
STEP 7/9
2 tablespoons of red pepper powder, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, 1/2 tablespoon of red pepper paste,
Add a little bit of pepper, 1/2 tablespoon of oyster sauce
Stir-fry it again. (3 minutes)
STEP 8/9
Add the prepared vegetables and stir-fry them (4 minutes)
STEP 9/9
Taste and add more oyster sauce or oligosaccharide if bland.
