Cooking Steps

Wash the white beans thoroughly before cooking and soak them for about 5 hours.

And after some time, drain on a sieve.

Then, put the soaked beans in a blender, add 200ml of water, and grind them finely.

Chop chives, enoki mushrooms, and carrots.
STEP 5/8
Kneading: In a bowl, knead all the ingredients, finely ground beans, and 3 tbsp whole wheat flour.

And season with 1 tsp salt.
STEP 7/8
Pancake: Grease a heated pan and place the dough round and pretty.

Add another layer of oil to the edge and fry it until it's golden brown.
