Cut onions into round pieces, soak them in cold water, take them out, and remove the spicy taste

Mix 5T of sesame seeds, 3T of yogurt, 1T of peanut butter, 1T of sugar, 1T of soy sauce, 2T of vinegar, 2T of oligosaccharide, and 2 pieces of lime in a mini mortar
It's really good to add lemon or lime to your dressing
(I took out frozen lime whenever I needed it and used it.)
You can adjust the amount of sesame and peanut butter
