Put chopped green onions in an oiled pan and make green onion oil first If you don't have green onions, it'll taste better if you add minced garlic or both, right? If the cabbage is slightly transparent and cooked, mix potato starch and water to make starch water, then put it in here and stir-fry while mixing evenly. It's good for rice with toppings when it's slightly thick. If you can't make starch water because you don't have potato starch, just pass!!
