STEP 14/19
And add the chopped Cheongyang red pepper.
STEP 15/19
When I eat shiitake mushrooms, I don't throw away the pillars and dry them well.
Soak the dried shiitake mushroom column in water and add the water!
(If you don't have it, you don't have to put it in.)
STEP 16/19
And add 3ts of sugar
STEP 17/19
Add 10 to 15 whole garlic.
It's a whole garlic that I kept in the freezer at home
It's still frozen, but I'm going to cook it, so it doesn't matter!
STEP 18/19
Until the konjac gets a bit of color
You can boil it down for about 20 to 30 minutes.
STEP 19/19
Tada!
This is how you make braised konjac!!!
The shiitake mushroom column with konjac is a delicacy
The texture of shiitake mushrooms makes you feel like you're eating meat and it's really delicious.
After using shiitake mushrooms, don't throw away the pillars and dry them well. It's good to use them like this!
