STEP 1/15
First, cut the onion
I like onions
I used all of them
STEP 2/15
The sliced onions
Put it under the pot for braised kimchi
STEP 3/15
Put the meat on top of the onion
STEP 4/15
Put kimchi on top of the meat
Spread it out as if you're covering the kimchi
STEP 5/15
I put in 1 or 2 ladles of kimchi soup
It's a small ladle, so I put in 2 ladles
Kimchi tastes different from house to house
If the kimchi is salty, add just one ladle
STEP 6/15
Add enough water to cover the ingredients
STEP 7/15
1 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 tablespoon sugar,
1 tablespoon cooking wine, 2 tablespoon sesame oil,
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
Add all the seasoning
STEP 8/15
If you cut the green onions and add a fist
Steamed kimchi is ready!
STEP 9/15
Starting from high heat
When it starts boiling
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes on medium heat
STEP 10/15
I'll open the lid in 30 minutes
Let's see if it's cooking well
Make sure it's not burnt
I turned the meat upside down, too
Turn it over and open the lid
Boil it for 10 more minutes
STEP 11/15
If you boil it for 10 more minutes
Take out the meat first and cut it
STEP 12/15
Put the meat and kimchi on the plate
STEP 13/15
Cut the ends of kimchi with scissors
STEP 14/15
Add remaining seasoning and onions in the pot
STEP 15/15
Sprinkle sesame seeds and finish the braised kimchi
Each restaurant has a different taste of kimchi
If it's a bit bland, add salt or soy sauce
If you put it in again, it will taste deep
We tend to eat it blandly
I didn't add a lot of seasoning
It was so goodIf there's meat for boiled pork
The rest are ingredients in the house
How about braised kimchi for dinner tonight? ^^
