Making seasoned Korean wild duck with sweet and sour taste
It takes time to prepare it, so I'm a bit hesitant about it's spring greens I keep putting it in my shopping basket because of the pungent smell. Mix it sweet and sour with cucumbers and enjoy it!!

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/5
Cut the cucumber in half, sprinkle 1/2T of salt and mix it, and pickle it.
STEP 2/5
Soak it in soothing water for about 5 minutes, rinse it out, and trim it.Peel off the yellow part on the side of the dallae and remove any bumps on the roots.It also removes dirty stems.

Cover it with a cleanly trimmed soothing, remove the water, and cut it gently.
STEP 4/5
Prepare two cloves of garlic, squeeze the pickled cucumber tightly without water, and place it in a seasoned bowl.
STEP 5/5
Put the chive you cut on top of the cucumber, add the amount of chive seasoning (+ red pepper powder 2T, 2 meal vinegar 2T, sugar 2T, salt 1/2T, garlic 1T, plum 1 big, sesame oil, sesame) and mix it gently with chopsticks to complete the seasoned chive!!
