Soak it in soothing water for about 5 minutes, rinse it out, and trim it.Peel off the yellow part on the side of the dallae and remove any bumps on the roots.It also removes dirty stems.

Prepare two cloves of garlic, squeeze the pickled cucumber tightly without water, and place it in a seasoned bowl.

Put the chive you cut on top of the cucumber, add the amount of chive seasoning (+ red pepper powder 2T, 2 meal vinegar 2T, sugar 2T, salt 1/2T, garlic 1T, plum 1 big, sesame oil, sesame) and mix it gently with chopsticks to complete the seasoned chive!!
