Super simple pork neck stir-fried pork that's done with ssamjang

  • Soy sauce

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Prepare 1/3 green onions and 1/2 onions and chop them.
STEP 2/6
Cut the pork neck (200g) into bite-size pieces.
STEP 3/6

(1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon oligosaccharide,
2 tablespoons of ssamjang, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic)
