  • Water
    100ml
Cooking Steps
STEP 1/8
Cut 2 green onions into 4-5cm pieces,
Cut 1 cabbage into 2~3 pieces.
Beat in the egg and prepare it.
STEP 2/8
Rinse oysters in salt water and prepare.
STEP 3/8
2 tablespoons of potato starch, 1 tablespoon of pancake powder, and 100ml of water
Pour in and mix well.
STEP 4/8
Pour cooking oil into a pan
Cook the oysters first.
STEP 5/8
Pour in the dough as soon as the oysters are cooked.
STEP 6/8
