Shrimp Tomato Spaghetti Home Cook Italian Noodles
Since we are a family that likes noodle dishes, we don't like to give only rice for three meals, so we eat banquet noodles, bibim noodles, and kalguksu once in a while... I think the kids like pasta more than anything else. Especially, it's a shrimp tomato spaghetti that I made simply for my son, who likes to have plenty of tomato sauce.

  • Garlic

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/10
Soak frozen cocktail shrimp in lukewarm water for a while and defrost it. Or you can rinse it in hot water several times
STEP 2/10
Slice pine mushrooms flat, cut onions into bite-sized pieces, and cut whole garlic into pieces
STEP 3/10
Noodles take a while, so boil them in advance, or put them on a side fire together when you make water sauce, and prepare the sauce while boiling the noodles, which reduces the time. When the water boils, add spaghetti noodles and a drop of olive oil and bring to a boil. Boil it for about 8 minutes.

When the noodles are cooked, drain them through a sieve

Put olive oil in a pan and stir-fry garlic. When the garlic scent comes up, add onions and stir-fry together

When the onion becomes clear, add mushroom and stir-fry it. When the mushroom is cooked, pour corn grains and tomato spaghetti sauce and boil it like stir-fry

Add sliced tomatoes and boil them together

Add the cocktail shrimp. Add the herb salt and pepper together
STEP 9/10
When the shrimp is cooked, add the blanched broccoli and boil it again

Mix noodles evenly in spaghetti sauce
