Making rice with Shin Ramyun

Cooking Steps

I also cut tofu into bite-size pieces and dried the outside. I cut it into big pieces.

I put oil on the pan and grilled tofu first.

I cooked the tofu thoroughly and stir-fried it with green onions, onions, and ham.

Then, I poured 400ml of water.

When the water boils little by little, I added oyster sauce, red pepper powder, and soup.

You have to use starch water, but you just sprinkle starch evenly and mix it quickly.

It can be salty, so it's better to add half or two-thirds of the ramen powder and add little by little as you taste it, and it's okay without starch powder. You can use meat instead of ham, but it's okay if you don't have it.
