short ribs
1kg
Soy sauce
150ml
Water
2cup
cooking wine
1/2cup
onion
1/2ea

crushed garlic

ginger powder

Sesame oil
2spoon
ground pepper

Cooking Steps

I washed LA galbi in running water and removed the bone powder
STEP 2/8
Dip it in cold water to drain the blood
About 30 to an hour is enough

1/2 onions + 1 pear. I used all of them
I didn't use it because I didn't have green onions, but if there is, cut it and mix it with the sauce

Add the drained meat and marinate
Half a day is enough.. I used it after sleeping for 2 days^^
