STEP 1/6
Cut the roots of green garlic, cut off the yellow leaves, and clean them by rinsing the inside of the leaves several times under running water.

Put a tablespoon of salt in boiling water, starting with the stems, blanch for about 5 seconds, and add the rest of the leaves. Add the leaves and turn it over and turn off the heat right away.
STEP 5/6
In a bowl, mix the amount of green garlic seasoning (+1T red pepper paste, 1T red pepper powder, 2/3T tuna liquid, 1/2T sugar, 1T plum, sesame oil, sesame seeds) evenly.
