  • Kimchi
    suitably
  • onion
    60g
  • Cooking oil

  • perilla oil
    1TS
  • Sugar
    1/2TS
  • Water
    50ml

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Place 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on a medium heat frying pan
STEP 2/6
Put the uncut kimchi in the pan and cook it for 3~4 minutes with a spoonful of cooking oil
STEP 3/6
Turn cooked kimchi over for 3 to 4 minutes and add 60g of shredded onion after 1 minute

Add sliced onions and add 50ml of water to prevent kimchi from burning after a minute or two

Cover with a tablespoon of perilla oil to add a savory scent and cut kimchi into appropriate sizes soon. And put it on high heat
