  • Soy sauce

  • plum extract

Cooking Steps
STEP 1/6
Please make the sauce in advance.
Gochujang 3T, soy sauce 2T, plum syrup 1T, cooking wine 1T,
1T of sugar, 2T of red pepper powder, 1T of minced garlic,

Mature time: 3 hours is optimal
