Cooking Steps
STEP 1/20
Please prepare the ingredients first.
If you use a 150g can of tuna, two hamburg steaks are made.

Chop onions, green onions, and cheongyang peppers as finely as possible.
The smaller you chop, the better the steak will be cooked later.

Please remove the fat from the tuna and prepare the lean meat.
STEP 4/20
Put tuna in a bowl and mix well 1 can of onion-tuna (or 1/2 can, 100g), 1/2 can of green onion-tuna (or 1/2 can, 50g), 1/2 can of cheongyang pepper-tuna (or 2 can, 20g), 2 eggs, and 3 tablespoons of minced garlic.

Add 4 tablespoons of pancake mix to batter and mix well.

Spoon the tuna dough into an empty can of tuna and fill it.

Cover a heated pan with plenty of cooking oil (5 tablespoons).

Turn the stove to low heat as much as possible and place the dough in the tuna can upside down.

Quickly place the remaining dough in a can and finish in a pan.

Make sauce in an empty can of tuna while the steak is cooking.
Hamburger steak placed on the pan may burn while making sauce, so lower the gas stove as much as possible (the sauce can be made quickly, so it doesn't take long)
Put 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, 2 tablespoon of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and 1/2 cup of water (100ml) in an empty tuna can and stir well to complete the sauce.
The water is measured to be 1/2 cup, but you can just put sugar, ketchup, and soy sauce in the can and fill the remaining empty space of the tuna can with water.
STEP 11/20
Now, put the gas stove on medium-low heat and focus on grilling hamburg steak.
If you're not confident, don't cook it on medium heat and cook it on low heat for a little longer.
Turn over and cook when the bottom is cooked.
If the dough is turned upside down when it is not cooked well, the steak will be ruined!

When both sides of the steak are golden brown, melt 1 tablespoon of butter, turn the pan and coat the hamburger steak with the butter scent evenly.

When the butter melts, pour the sauce on one side of the pan.

Boil down the sauce, spooning the sauce on the steak.
