STEP 1/12
Boil the basic broth for 20 minutes.
To enhance the oyster flavor, it's better to make the broth taste and smell less strong.
I made broth with onions, green onions, radish, depot, kelp, and dried shrimp.
It has a rich and seafood flavor, but it doesn't have a strong flavor.
Put radish in a container to make broth, cut it later, and put it in oyster soup.
Don't use strong-flavored shrimp like black shrimp when you put in shrimp.
STEP 2/12
Prepare the ingredients while making the broth.
The bean sprouts and water parsley soup will cool you down~LOL
I also prepared spicy peppers.
STEP 3/12
You can't leave kimchi out of kimchi oyster soup!
Cut the ripe kimchi into small pieces and prepare a big handful.
I'm going to add a spoonful of red pepper powder for the spicy taste.
STEP 4/12
I defrosted the freezer and used it.
Since I tasted hell after eating oysters in the past, I'm scared of raw oysters, so I make sure to cook them. Haha
How to wash oysters is simple.
Dissolve a spoonful of salt in 2-3 cups of water, add oysters, and wash them while stirring gently.
It's good to stir gently with chopsticks.
There are more foreign substances than you think.
STEP 5/12
If you take it out of salt water and rinse it twice, it transforms into a white oyster!
Oysters are in season these days, so they are big and sweet.
Eat a lot of seasonal ingredients when they are the most delicious. ^^
STEP 6/12
Cut the radish in the broth into bite-sized pieces.
It's perfect to eat when the broth is almost cooked.
STEP 7/12
With the broth, take out all the ingredients
Add radish, kimchi, and red pepper powder and boil them together.
Oyster soup doesn't take long to boil.
Add the ingredients and add the next ingredient as soon as it boils.
STEP 8/12
Add kimchi and season it.
I mix kimchi oyster soup with soy sauce and salted shrimp.
It's already seasoned because of the kimchi.
Do not add more than 1 spoonful of soy sauce because the color of the soup becomes murky.
Add soy sauce and season with salted shrimp.
For those who roll rice with oyster rice soup and boil it, it's okay to season it a bit more.
STEP 9/12
Add 2 spoons of cooking wine to catch the fishy taste of oysters and the dry taste of kimchi.
It's better to add some alcohol.
STEP 10/12
If it's seasoned, add bean sprouts and hot peppers and boil them.
STEP 11/12
When the bean sprouts are almost cooked, add oysters, water parsley, and green onions, and boil them for the last time!
STEP 12/12
The ingredients in kimchi oyster soup are not tasty when cooked for a short time, so please turn off the heat as soon as it is cooked.
Add the oysters at the end and boil them.
You have to cook it for a long time to eat it with moist and soft oysters.
Before I eat it in a hot earthen pot, I put 0.5 spoonful of minced garlic on top.
If you mix minced garlic in hot soup without boiling it together, you can eat it neatly.
