STEP 1/8
I seasoned it to grill the chicken leg meat.
I seasoned it with the leftover rosemary from the steak and it smells good.
Apply olive oil back and forth to prevent the juice and moisture from escaping,
Bring out the chicken flavor with rosemary.
STEP 2/8
Curry with chicken leg meat is delicious,
We like potatoes in curry, so we added potatoes and onions.
Put in your favorite vegetables!
STEP 3/8
Grease the pan and stir-fry the onions and potatoes first.
If you add butter, the curry tastes savory and savory,
I like the clean taste, so I skip butter and fry it only with oil.
STEP 4/8
Stir-fry in oil, pour enough water to cover potatoes and onions, and bring to a boil.
Bring to a boil until the potatoes are done.
STEP 5/8
While the potatoes are being cooked, grill the chicken leg meat.
If you don't like the strong rosemary scent, remove it when you grill it.
I liked the rosemary flavor, so I baked it together and took it out in the middle.
STEP 6/8
When the chicken leg is golden brown, add the potatoes and onions cooked.
Bake the chicken leg until golden and cut into bite-sized pieces.
If you cut it into big pieces, it looks delicious and good.
The chicken leg meat is not tough but soft, so it's delicious even if it's big!
STEP 7/8
I used solid curry. Garou curry doesn't matter either.
Ottogi solid curry is delicious!
I used to buy Japanese curry, but I don't eat it anymore!! Haha
My favorite flavor is Ottogi Baeksekare and aged curry solid mixed in half and half.
Bring to a boil, stirring, until smooth.
Adjust the amount of solid curry to match the proper curry concentration and seasoning!
STEP 8/8
When it's done, put a lot of curry on top of the rice and eat it
As expected, it looks delicious and nice with big meat in it's good
