Carrot, onion, shiitake, rice cake, and beef. The seasoning is the basic seasoning of Korean food, soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame oil.

Slice onion and carrot shiitake mushrooms into pieces. I used pine mushrooms, but it didn't taste as good as shiitake mushrooms.

I like beef bulgogi and minced beef. 1T soy sauce 1T sesame oil 1T green onion 1T garlic 0.5T sugar 1T oligosaccharide 1T.

Add oil and stir-fry 1T of green onion, then stir-fry onion and carrot. When the carrot dies, I'll put in the meat.

Add the seasoned meat. The water comes out of the vegetables and the soup forms quickly.

It's delicious even if you put glass noodles together.
